J.W Marriott- Springhill Suites
Midwest Forms i s very proud to have been selected as a team member for the new Springhill Marriott. This project included form, place and finish operations. This project consisted of: 11,000 cubic yards of concrete, 600 tons of rebar, 15 story, basement and Eifis skin.
The hotel frame was completed in under 28 weeks utilizing only 1 tower crane, which is quite and achievement when one considers an 18,000 sq.ft. floor plate being erected in the dead of winter. Project opened January 2010.

Lucas Oil Stadium New Home of the Indianapolis Colts!
Site work project, including installation of over 6,100 lineal feet of cast in place concrete wall for the new Lucas Oil Stadium. The walls range in height from 4'-0" to over 20'-0". These walls serve as barriers to the street, and an intricate planter and sloping wall that creates the exterior ramping system. MFC is proud to be one of the subcontractors for this very important project. MFC anticipates all work to be complete and ready for game day crowds by Summer '08!! GO COLTS!!
Ft. Benjamin Harrison- Finance Center
Under Mr. Neal Burnett's leadership, Ft. Benjamin Harrison- Building 1 Finance Center was completely renovated. Building 1 serves the Department of Defense for multi-governmental functions.
During renovation, this building was occupied with over 5,000 governmental personnel. Therefore, the overall construction program included the movement and relocation, as necessary, of all personnel to avoid disruption of their daily activities .
The new Life Safety and Information Technology were paralleled and phased in such a manner as to duplicate and overlap the existing systems at all times to avoid any break down in protection of the occupants and flow of information. The renovation also included structural concrete repair and modifications. This building is over 1.8 million SF in usable space.
COMCAST Technology Operations Facility
Midwest Form Constructors, LLC was selected for Comcast's new Technology Operations Facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The project consisted of 50,200 S.F. of sitework . MFC's crew completed this project on schedule and on budget.
Indianapolis Airport TT-44 Project
As the selected civil subcontractor for the airport's ditch realignment, Midwest Form Constructors completed concrete ditch spanning more than 1/2 mile. This work also included a new cast in place diversion structure and head walls as required. This project was complete ahead of schedule.
